ただ楽しく遊ぶだけでなく、技術・戦術・考える力をしっかり育てます。一人ひとりのレベルや個性に応じた丁寧なアプローチで、初心者も経験者も成長できます。

We not only have fun playing, but also nurture skills, tactics, and the ability to think. Both beginners and experienced players can grow through a tailored approach based on each individual’s level and personality.

試合データに基づいた効率的なPDCAサイクル
対外試合を定期的に行い、チーム・個人のスタッツ(シュートやリバウンドなどのパフォーマンス)を分析。試合映像を見ながら改善点を理解させ、スタッツ分析に裏付けられた効果的な練習プランを作成します。
Effective PDCA cycle based on game stats
We analyze team and individual stats after the completion of an external game and watch videos with team members to help understand areas for improvement. We create a practice plan backed by those stats.
ハラスメント無しのチーム
No Harassment
コーチからのパワーハラスメントはありません。
2024年12月に誕生したばかりのチームで、量より質を優先する理論的な指導方法に基づいており、一部のジュニアスポーツに残る根性論・精神論や理不尽な叱責による指導を排除しています。
Coaches are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment.
Newly established team since December 2024. Lessons are grounded in a theoretical framework, prioritizing quality over quantity, unlike traditional training methods with unreasonable reprimands still prevalent in some junior sports clubs.

デジタルツールでの効率的な運営
練習日の出欠や試合の連絡はTeamhubやLINEアプリや当該websiteから行います。紙のやり取りはありません。
All the administrative notice and attendance requrest is made through TeamHub or LINE apps as well as the website. No paper exchanges.

International Perspective
Information is provided on the website in both Japanese and English. We strive to create an environment in which children and parents from various cultural backgrounds can easily participate as we are located in Shibuya ward.
Beginners Welcome
We are looking for students from 6-years-old preschoolers to 6th grade. Beginners and upper grades are always welcome.
